Fresh Cards bug fix update - v2.18

Fresh Cards 2.18 is now out.

This fixes issues with the algorithm editor. Previously, if you had tried entering a complex algorithm, one that worked in the online SRS simulator, it wouldn’t work in Fresh Cards, and it wouldn’t provide you with useful information to fix it.

This update displays more information about what went wrong and improves compatibility with algorithms tested against the SRS simulator.

Big thanks to cmfleming for doing the work to get this building as javascript so that Fresh Cards could use it and for finding the bugs in Fresh Cards that prevented it from being used.
